Do WallyBags® garment bags meet carry-on requirements for air travel?
Most airlines will allow you to carry on your WallyBags® garment bag, however, certain styles may not be approved. Please check with your specific airline before traveling.
What is the difference in the fabrics used?
We offer durable and water repellent fabrics that differ in appearance, thread density, or thickness (denier), and weight. All of our products are made with polyester materials and are designed to withstand the wear and tear of frequent travel.
How do I clean my WallyBag?
We suggest that you spot clean your bag with a dark rag, warm water and mild soap. Our bags are not machine washable.
How much clothing will fit in a WallyBags® garment bag?
In general, our garment bags will hold 4 to 8 items in the main compartment depending on the dimensions of the bag, size of clothing, and the size of hangers used with the WallyLock®. For example, you may be able to pack more clothing using thin, wire hangers versus plastic tube hangers.
Do WallyBags® garment bags come with special hangers?
Because the WallyLock® hanger clamping system is designed to work with your own hangers, special hangers are not needed. The WallyLock® will accept most types of wire, metal, and tubular plastic hangers.
Does my WallyBag come with a warranty?
All WallyBags® products come with a 10 Year Warranty. You must register your bag to activate coverage.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
When will my order ship?
All orders (regardless of shipping method) will ship the following business day. For example, if you place an expedited order with Overnight shipping on Monday, it will ship from our facility on Tuesday. Please note that our office is closed on weekends and federal holidays so orders placed on those days will ship the next business day. Once an order is picked up by the carrier, we have no control and claim no liability over the delivery date. If you have an issue with delivery, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
How do I track my order?

What shipping services do you offer?
We ship using FedEx, UPS, or USPS and offer the following delivery services:
- Ground: Delivers in 1-5 business days
- Standard Overnight: Delivers by 3pm the next business day
- Express Saver: Delivers by 8pm in 2-3 business days
- 2-Day: Delivers in 2 business days
- FedEx 2Day A.M.: Delivers by 10:30am in 2 business days
I need to cancel, make a change to my order, or upgrade the shipping speed. What do I do?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us right away.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. However, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the return/exchange is the result of our error (i.e you received an incorrect style or defective bag).
Will the COVID-19 pandemic affect my shipping speed?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services such as FedEx, UPS and USPS are experiencing delays and may have suspended their money-back guarantee for some or all shipping services. As a result, WallyBags® does not ensure delivery dates missed by the carrier. You may experience temporary tracking discrepancies and/or delays in receiving your order.
