You may return unused merchandise purchased from WallyBags.com within 60 days. Embroidered bags cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact your sales representative directly. Please note we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for orders placed through our retail partners such as Amazon, Dillard's, Belk, etc.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. However, we will cover the cost of shipping if the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect style, defective bag, or an incomplete order).

Refunds will be processed as soon as the product is received and inspected. Your refund will be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow approximately 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account once the product has been returned.
