Any defect in material or workmanship.
For how long?
All warranty claims must be submitted within ten (10) years from the date of first retail purchase.
What will we do for a justified claim?
We will repair, or if repair is not possible, replace your WallyBags® product for any breach of warranty, express or implied. Unless required by law, no other remedy for breach or any implied or express warranty is provided.

What is not covered?
Any damage to your WallyBags® product caused by improper handling or abuse that is not due to faulty construction. For example, tears by sharp instruments or damage by airlines. Also not covered are shipping costs for products to be repaired or replaced.
