Manufacturer defects in material or workmanship that render the bag damaged or unusable.
Warranty claims must be submitted within ten (10) years of purchase.
All products must be registered in order to be covered under warranty. To register your bag, please click here.
What is not covered?
Damage to your bag caused by normal wear and tear or improper handling that is not due to faulty construction. For example, tears by sharp objects, damage by airlines or thinning of material from frequent use.
Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer.
